Delete your RETii account in 3 simple steps.

Step 1

On the main page of the Retii app, swipe left to right on your screen or tap on the avatar at the top left corner to activate the user menu, then select the 'account' option

Step 2

At the bottom of the menu, the 'Delete Account' option is highlighted in red. When you press on it, your credentials will be requested, and a warning message will appear to notify you of the action being taken. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will lose access to the Retii application, and to regain access, you will need to contact the support team.

Step 3

After confirming through the use of your access key, you will be redirected to the homepage once the deletion process, which will disable your account, has been completed.

Once the account has been deleted, you won't be able to access it, and you'll need to contact the support team if you wish to reopen your Retii account.
